What do i need to get into the club?
Current valid ID. (Drivers Licence, Passport, WA proof of age card) like any other club. If it's expired then there's nothing we can do for you.
If i bought a ticket can i change the name on it?
No. But providing you bring the physical ticket on the night you will be able to enter as long as that name has not been crossed out
If VIP presales have sold out does that mean the night is sold out?
No. We do 150 presales every event. The rest are door sales like any regular club.
What do i get for a presale vip?
You only have to pay $10 and you get Priority entry.
Where is my presale VIP ticket?
Tickets are not posted in the mail.
Check your inbox and if not there check you junk folder as it sometimes ends up there. Your ticket will be attached in PDF form for you to print off and bring on the night.
If you do not receive your ticket in your email inbox, please login to your account on the Big Ape website and download from there.
Oh noesss! I've forgotten/lost my ticket. Can i still get in?
Yes providing you have a copy of the email on your phone so we can scan the barcode and check it off.
What music gets played at Big Ape?
You'll have to come to find out. We only pick the best DJ's in town.
What is entry price?
$15 General Admission STANDARD from 10pm
$10 Pre pay VIP website sales get priority entry in front of EVERYBODY
$10 For promoter VIP's before 12 and $15 after.
Do you have drink specials?
Yes! We have our very own Jungle Juice special which is something that has to be tasted and seen to be believed. Comes in bags and buckets. We also have our very own Ape Ale on tap.
Is it both levels?
Yes. We party everywhere
What is your dress policy?
Dress code - No fight wear, No rat tails, No gold chains, No snakeskin's, No Shorts, No Phat pants, No thongs, No Rhinestone shirts, NO BOGANS, TURBO'S, ROID HEADS, DICKHEADS.
Yes - Everything that isn't a no. If you look like a turbo and act like a dick then we probably won't let you in.
I got refused at the door and i don't know why?
You probably looked like a turbo or were a dick. If our door staff see you drinking on the street or behaving in an inappropriate manor and then jump in the line, do not expect to get in.
I've paid and been into the club and then left. Can i get back in later?
Yes if you got a stamp you will get back in smooth as. If we hit capacity you will have to line up in VIP though. We have everything you need in the club (cigarettes, ATM, Drinks, Good times) so there isn't much reason to leave?
